CHETAK
JAW Crushers are designed for primary crushing of even hardest
rock. Constructed with heavy ribbed M.S. plates, with strong
and thick welding joints. Accurately machined & aligned,
string bearing housings , very thick, hard and tough adjustable
toggle plate, Heat treated, hardened alloy steel main shaft,
proper lubrication system, high manganese steel jaw plates,
hard facced side plates, impart a long life to the machine.
Spring loaded safety tiebar protects Jaw stock against overloading.

DOUBLE TOGGLE JAW CRUSHERS :
CHETAK has developed the advance version of
Double Toggle Jaw Crusher, where the crushing takes place with
less rubbing action and with more impact force (comparing to single
toggle) hence gives uniform shaped output particles with less
dust formation, as well as the wear & tear of Jaws will be
very low. Double toggles moves with help of pitman filled with
oil for lubrication & cooling. ( Grease Chamber Jaw Crushers
are also available as option.) These crushers are available in
the sizes mentioned above. (single toggle.)
