Vibrating Screen has screens for screening material of different size. After the feeding of the material from elevator to screen it start to screen the material and separate it by its different screen whole size. Vibrating screen is available in M.S and S.S construction up to six decks that is six separations at a time. It could be totally enclosed or top open.

In smaller models discharge is possible from the front, otherwise from the bottom. Standard screen sizes are 0.6 x 1.2 mtr, 1.0 mtr x 2.0 mtrs, 1.2 mt x 4.0 mtrs and 2.4 x 6.0 mtrs. Production depends upon the size of the particles to be separated.
